Description:
Connie goes to a baseball game with her friend Cheryl. Afterward, Connie meets one of the team's star players, Jeff Lewis. The two of them hit it off famously and begin seeing more and more of each other. Soon, Connie has fallen in love. Jeff is not a Christian, though. At first, Connie falls into the trap of believing that she's doing Jeff a favor by staying with him so she can win him to the Lord. Before long, she begins skipping Bible studies, then church services, just so she can be with Jeff. And he is no closer to Jesus than when they first met. At last, Cheryl, and then Whit, confronts Connie with the danger of her actions. Connie realizes she must break off her relationship with Jeff. She goes through with the painful task and matures even more in her walk with Jesus.

Questions:
Why is it wrong for Christians to date non-Christians? What excuses did Connie give for dating Jeff? What would you say to a friend who was acting like Connie? Whit told Connie she was in the middle of a "tug-of-war" between Jeff and God. What did Whit mean by that?
