Description:
Erica lives and breathes a certain soap opera called "Medical Center of Love". Her parents don’t know this, but Erica plans her whole day around watching the soap. She reveals her devotion to Jason, and he comes up with a plan to show her how trashy and immoral soap operas really are. Jason reprograms the Room of Consequence so that Erica actually becomes her favorite character in "Medical Center of Love," Holly. Erica has a blast, at first. But soon, the excitement and glamour wear off, and the soap opera life becomes tiring and tedious. Before long, it becomes downright silly and stupid! When all of the other characters rob, cheat, and betray her, Holly (Erica) has finally had enough, of both the Room of Consequence program and of soap operas. She goes back to being Erica, and that’s more than good enough for her.

Questions:
Why was Erica so caught up in “Medical Center of Love”? Why was Jason so concerned about Erica’s obsession with the program? Do you watch soap operas? How about other television shows? Do you listen to radio programs? Are you as addicted to them as Erica was to her show?
