Description:
It’s another edition of "The Twilife Zone" on Kids Radio! In this edition, Whit tells the story of two boys, Simon and Sonni. Sonny’s life consists of a movement from one crime scene to another. He starts by stealing from a vending machine, then a supermarket, and before he knows it, he’s taking bikes and cars. This leads to a life of holding up supermarkets and working in the mob. He dies in prison and ends up in hell. Next Whit tells the story of Simon whose life was very different. He goes to church, answers all of the Bible Bowl questions, was a diligent student, and was even elected to Congress on the ticket of "Honest Simon." However, Simon never really accepted Christ as his Savior, he ends up in hell alongside Sonni. The next episode tells the story of Bart Rathbone. He is concerned because Matthew Peterson is thinking of starting an electronics store in town. Bart recognizes the name as someone who he called names when they were younger and he’s convinced that Matt has come back just for revenge. He and Doris and Rodney try to convince the family not to come to town. Doris intimidates Matt and his son Rick in a restaurant while Bart makes a radio broadcast saying everyone in Odyssey is dumb and Rodney calls Rick names. However, Rick doesn’t care about Rodney’s insults and Matthew isn’t convinced by the façade. Matt explains how Tom Riley told him a long time ago that name calling only hurts you if you allow it to.

Questions:
Can you explain why Simon and Sonny both ended up going to the “wrong place” when they died? Why was Simon so surprised to find himself sitting next to Sonny at the end of the story? What was so “bad” about Simon’s life? Why did Bart think Matthew was out to get revenge? Why didn't Rodney's namecalling bother Rick?
