Description:
Trent and Marvin get to experience one of Mr. Whittaker's new programs for the Imagination Station. They need help with their math class because they are having trouble learning story problems. Whit shows them a way that they can learn how to do story problems with the machine. They're both excited. Trent enjoys learning but takes the program to the next level and begins to talk back to Dr. Hawthorne and thinks that since it is not "really" class that’s okay to do. Marvin uses the program to fast forward to the end of the adventure to get the answers for the homework instead of actually learning how to do the problems. Both Trent and Marvin learn an important lesson on how what we think also effects what we do. Mr. Whittaker tells them that Philippians 4:8 says, "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, think on these things." In the end the boys learn important lessons on how to think and also how to do story problems!
